      image I've been a PNC customer for 20+ years and this location in recent times has had terrible customer service. Nobody ever wants to help, they all say go to PNC online and figure it out. I have multiple accounts here but I'm thinking of looking elsewhere.

      image We had an appointment at 10:30 to simply open a savings account and its currently 11:40 and we are still standing here trying to open this account. Our banker clearly had no idea what he was doing. Has to keep getting help from someone else and then found out he did it wrong! Now we have to wait even longer for them to figure out how to fix this problem. Not knowledgeable and Im honestly worrisome about continuing to bank with them after this. I wish I could give this rating zero stars.
