image UPDATE 10/20/15 DO NOT CALL IF YOU LIVE IN CINCINNATI!!! They just up and moved all their offices to Columbus and Louisville and not if you have just started a treatment or are currently in the middle of one you have to commute to either of those locations. So for me that means a 5 hour day to get laser treatment on my legs and that doesn't even include the time for the treatment or the additional cost to drive there. I am beyond agitated.
Just had my second treatment and am very pleased. My experience from the consultation to my second treatment has been wonderful. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend going to see the staff for a consultation and changing your life for the better.

image Disclaimer: This company gives out gift cards to new clients to write good reviews about them online. Every time I visit here, they ask me to write a review about my treatment, and tell me about the current “deal” to buy more treatments. It almost makes me dread going. They asked me to do this after only receiving one treatment, which I didn’t do because I wanted to wait until I was at least done with my first initial 8 treatments.
If you can book an appointment within the next 2 months you will be lucky. They are not flexible with client’s schedules what so ever. As a person who signed up and paid cash the same day that I signed up to have treatments done it would be nice to have more flexibility with appointment time offerings. But of course, they don’t tell you that up front. If you work a full time job it will be very difficult to schedule an appointment because they don’t open until 10 a.m. and most evenings and weekends are booked 3 months out.
REMINDER: If you don’t show to your scheduled appointment you will be charged $50. This is very easy to forget. The office text reminders never mention this and sometimes it will take a year or longer to complete an entire treatment depending on the area. If it’s your 6th treatment you might forget this and trust me they will never remind you. They will charge you the $50 and you have to pay it before being allowed to schedule another appointment. This almost happened to me with an appointment that I re-scheduled. If you don’t re-schedule it in advance you will be charged.
Staff is friendly to a fault. I have had more than one occasion with an issue with appointment time discrepancies. Once, I canceled an appointment and they still texted me the day before. I called immediately because I didn’t want to be charged a no show fee. Another time they said I scheduled an appointment but I never did. This was very frustrating due to the reasoning that I stated above, it is already very difficult to get an appointment scheduled with them.
Do your research about hair removal in general. Before I booked a consultation I knew exactly what I wanted, what I could afford, and all about the laser hair removal process. Thus, I was an easy sell. If you are a new client and don’t already have a coupon or Groupon purchased for services, shop prices. Every laser removal place will say the have the best rate. It will truly depend on the area, time of year, etc. I would never recommend seeking out financing for laser hair removal. It’s a luxury in my opinion. Save up your money and only purchase something you can afford.
Groupon FYI: I purchased a Groupon for $100- this was only good for 6 treatments. With as much research as I did about the process, I was unaware of how many treatments a certain area may need. I purchased my upper lip, chin, and neck. It cost me an additional $800 for 2 more treatments. ($900 TOTAL). So imagine how much this would cost if you didn’t have some sort of initial coupon, etc. So expect to pay several hundred more dollars for a complete treatment. (That’s how they get you). Just expect that going into it.
Overall, the nurses doing the treatment are very professional. I have had my 8 total treatments and 1 additional follow up appointment in August. I am some what satisfied with the results…. still work to do. I am Caucasian and after 9 total treatments, and letting it go and with the different cycles of hair growth I still notice small fine hairs on the very edge of my upper lip, dark hairs out of one mole on my cheek, and other hairs lower on my neck. Thus, I called today, 11/19/14 to schedule another follow up appointment. I was told that they are booked up until mid January but I could be placed on a no show list if someone cancels.

image Love love love Amy (laser tech)! She is wonderful, gentle and very knowledgeable about the process of lasering. She is so quick, you're in and out before you can even feel anything! If you can't decide whether to do laser hair removal or not, DO IT!! Its the best thing ever!

image I started my membership in spring of 2014 and loved the services provided...the laser technicians were always so nice as well as the lady at the front desk. I visited for 7 areas to be treated, some of the areas purchased when the tech bundled 4 areas for steal! Trchnician would also do my happy trail or toe or finger hair without me even asking. They would also offer to apply icepacks on a treated site to wear any discomfort. I returned sometime in May 2015 and the whole staff had changed! Apparently to save money, the company thought it best to let existing rn's go and hired nurse practitioners to take their place so they could also get rid of the doctor. Since the switch, service has been awful. No friendly people at the desk, no reminder call before appointments, no one reminding to schedule next appointment before leaving, nurses guilt trip you if you tell them previous nurses took care of additional area to be nice. No good and hope things have changed for my next appointment. I would have given this business 5 stars with the original staff, but the new get 2 based on my two experiences. Treatment itself has been lifechanging, but after completing 9 treatments on legs, crotch, and chin I do still have more hair left than I thought...a decent amount and it's been 3 months about since my last treaent there.
