Terrible experience. Save your money! We arrived to a broken bed and were told they were near capacity and out of King rooms. A small discount was offered (that was never given), but we were ultimately stuck because we were past the point of cancellation without being charged. The parking pass we paid for did not work and then we were double charged for it. There were no plates, no drinks offered and nearly no food on the breakfast bar we prepaid for. When we tried to get a refund the waitress (Shauna) informed us she had lost our ticket. The staff (Jordan) was very rude and unhelpful in every issue that popped up despite the fact it was all hotel related. the AGM (Jacob) promised he would "take care of it" and chose to do so by going into our room without permission while we were out and flipping a no flip mattress so the pillow top was now on the bottom and we were forced to sleep on a broken bed with the box part of the mattress on top. There was no manager (Brad) on duty when we checked out and we were promised a later call to discuss all of our troubles as well as the overcharges and lack of discount applied and we have still not heard a word despite our multiple attempts to reach him ourselves.

Worst hotel ever!! Dont ever come to this hotel if your handicap!!! All handicap ramps are blocked off the front desk person Stephanie dost not know the difference between 1 block or 5 when telling a disabled person how to get to a place that you dont need to spend 12 bucks for a cup of coffee. The Hotel doesnt even keep a manager on duty, so any issues are not dealt with in a timely manner. I called the corporate office and was told that all of their properties are required to have a manager on duty 24/7. Not this hotel!! Be warned!!! Do not patronize this location or any Holiday Inn, if you want at least to be treated like they want your money or business!!! ZERO Stars!!! 0/5 I couldnt even get a cup of coffee in this hotel until 2PM. Safety: ADA Violations that dont allow Guests of the hotel that are handicapped to access areas that general public can access.

Not a bad stay, only issue was the toilet would just whistle the whole time, but would definitely stay again. The restaurant there is one of the finest around. Get the porkchop.
