Hampton Inn Suites Cincinnati West

Beautiful,clean room. Plenty of place for sleeping, 4 people. Could fit more people, 2 more easily Breakfast was free and well put together. Omelets waffles,fresh juice,fruit,etc.

I stayed here on March 29th for one night. They charged me for the next night as well and despite them admitting they owed me a refund when I contacted them on March 31st, they have still not actually refunded my money. Stay somewhere else unless you want to be overcharged.

Horrible stay.. Read other reviews about racism at this hotel. Night staff was polite. The morning front desk lady is extremely rude and confrontational when dealing with African Americans but polite when dealing with Caucasians. Theyre not pro kids and are targeting higher end clients who are traveling. The evening front desk guy charged me $25 for incidentals. The morning lady did not like that and went on a rant about how locals should be charged $250. I left and she ran my card for $250. We cleaned the room after our party for my daughter. We were not loud and made the front desk guy know at check in that it was a birthday sleepover. The girls did not leave the room. There were other families at the hotel that were Caucasian with their families for spring break. We heard them playing and running in the hallway. Yet we kept quiet. The next morning the front desk lady was rude and blamed us for the noises. We checked out on the 28th and I get a charge for $250 on the 29th without any notice of alleged issues to defend. She assumed and charged due to retaliation of me correcting her about her rudeness.
