Third separate occasions that this location has a prescription for my son and I get there and they are closed during normal hours because they dont have a pharmacist on duty.

Would of been nice to be notified that the pharmacy was going to close temporarily. So happy I have my doctor send an important regularly occurring prescription to them to not be notified of anything until I figured it out on my own, the day I thought I would be picking it up. So now I have to figure out how to get my prescription that was sent there and I guess is just sitting there, I don't know. Not like this is a med that I get every month from them or anything. So annoyed by the unprofessionalism that is displayed on a regular basis everywhere nowadays. I count on this medication to basically keep me goingDay in and day out. At least the Ludlow location that my moms prescriptions go to, they notified her and set her up with an alternate pharmacy while they were closed.

Horrible staff. Irresponsible. I had the worst experience with this place. I called 3days ago asking for my prescription to get transferred from CVS to Walgreens. The woman "Technician" who answered the phone on 3:10pm Sep 28, 2021 Got all the information from me to get my prescription transferred. Then I get no notification. at 8:30pm I go in to Walgreens pharmacy only to find out that they have absolutely no record of this. I ask them again get my prescription transferred and ready they take note. But no notification of it ready or anything. I call after two days the automatic answering machine after verifying who I am via my number and DOB says I have two prescription orders. I call the pharmacist Michelle Tran lies to me and said they have no record of me in the pharmacy. If you don't like your job why you have to treat customers like this? Go find something that fits you better and leave the job to who is looking for a job and wants and understands how to do their job and like to deal with customers. I am very disappointed in the Walgreens corporate as a whole for not vetting the proper staff.
