I made a new passport appointment for myself and my son about a month ago for this location. I received a call 2 days prior to my appointment with someone stating that they are going to have to reschedule due to staffing issues. I told them that the next available appointment isnt until a few weeks before my trip and if theres anything they can do. The lady responded to me stating looks like you wont be receiving your passport. Very rude, not helpful, never have I received such poor customer service.

Walking in at 12:16 pm on a Saturday "supervisor" is making sure you need no services because they close at 2 and system is down system is always down an hour before closing on Saturday's if you don't want a job take yourself on unemployment

Worst post office ever, Im standing in line not busy at all one man behind me while the workers sit there and chat among each other, after they decide to call me I have one invitation to mail out only needed ground shipping states I have to treat it like a package $5.00 cmon quit trying to scam people! I went to the post office in Oaklawn for several years before moving to Chicago never will go here again Oaklawn is worth the drive hands down the best ever on southwest highway and Cicero

When they deliver a package they just through it over my fence, not caring if the package gets damaged. I have many videos of them doing that. Already complained about it once will have to keep calling and keep complaining until this stops happening.
