Spent 1k less than a month ago to fix my kitchen garbage disposal. Since then the gd has slowed and sounds different than when first installed. Apex forgot about the first appointment and had me waiting two hours. Finally showed up today with no tools ( dirty shoes all over my foyer) took 2 min and said sounds fine. Didnt bother looking under the sink or at the garbage disposal and was so dismissive. Completely unprofessional and very eager to do the work but no follow through. Just kept saying theres warranty so its fine

Marco was incredibly professional, efficient, and knowledgeable in remedying the heating issue we were experiencing with our shower. He made life easy and was very communicative on next steps throughout the process.
