DO NOT SHIP PACKAGES HERE unless you want to waste money
There are additional handling fees added per hotel that is not specified on their website.
1.1-10 lbs = $10, even if you have a pre-paid label
Marriott status does not qualify for a discount or removal of the fee
Worker was sarcastic about the fees and said I should have gone elsewhere if I didnt want to pay, but as someone who chose the closest Marriott, this did not come up on the FedEx website and is deceitful

Excellent. Fast and efficient. I had some issues with the self-service multi-functional machine, but the store manager took good care of us.

Excellent customer service from Trey at the FedEx Chicago Marriott Magnificent Mile location! I needed flyers for an event at the hotel and he was there to help me get the job done in time. THANK YOU!

John helped me today! He actually helps me every week...he's amazing!!!! I only use this FedEx, because I can't risk going anywhere else. I trust John and Rebecca, and for that reason, I'm a customer for life!
