        The manager with the blue hair is very rude, unprofessional. When asking her a question she rolls her eyes at you and has a funky attitude. Its not very professional. I just take it as UPS must be desperate for managers to have someone like that to represent them

        The female manager with the multi colored hair is very dismissive and rude. T-mobile has a contract with UPS for free printing and returns. She told me i had to either get charged $5.00 and give T-Mobile a receipt or find another store because they were a franchise. After spending over 30 minutes in the parking lot on the phone with T-Mobile I was told to go back in the store and give ups the phone. Jason came to the desk to help this time, he barely spoke on the phone and immediately handled my situation, without a charge, quickly and professionally. However, the female manager came over beside him with a smugg and condescending attitude looking at me while Jason was printing my receipt. She has multiple bad reviews on here, I am not the only one, she lacks proper customer service skills. Addendum: This UPS store and T-Mobile need to have a conversation because I am not the only one, according to previous reviews, that has had this problem at this location.

      Hi Quincy, I'm sorry you didn't get the service you expected. I think part of the confusion is what Tmo was telling you is wrong, they do not have a contract that pays for printing. What they sent you needed to be printed and we do charge for our printing services. While I did not see/hear your interaction with the staff, I could tell by the look on your face and my 30 seconds of trying to speak to the tmobile agent on your phone that tmo wasn't going to help and something needed to happen. So I took care of it the best I could to get you on your way and I paid for the printing on your behalf. I was hoping that by doing that, it would leave you with a net positive experience.
