The nurse practitioner EOMBA PONGO has a serious attitude and yelled at a patient in a room next to my son, then proceeded to yell at him for forgetting the name of his medicine. Gnats everywhere. He did not see Dr. Hart. If you’re looking for clean facilities and compassionate care, THIS PLACE IS NOT IT.

As a professional, I expect treatment that is in line or beyond the care I previously had. Dr. Hart (one of many doctors I see) has a desire to understand his patients history and background and how this may come into account in the future. I have Crohn’s Disease and other chronic issues that are complex. He is able to work with me and the information I receive from other physicians to make my care effortless and I believe he practices medicine in the utmost professional way.
