First let me say if youre black or of color please dont move here. The senior leasing agent Allyson McGlade is a RACIST. Ive lived at ENCLAVE for almost 2 years and the last week of me being there was one of the worst experiences. First and foremost leasing agent Angel is cool to deal with but Allyson is the worse and her attitude is HORRIBLE. Im not sure if she has an issue with black people but her interactions with me was something Ill never forget. Our maintenance man Jason was the best and always handled our maintenance request promptly. Even though Ive had about 9 maintenance request. Theres mold in my closet & under my sink that was never taken care of and left a stench I could barely breathe in. Pros : downtown living, huge apartment, convenient to everything. Cons : Its DIRTY AF, hallways reek of dog pee and they dont clean the floors that have heavy traffic, the trash receptacle is always full and ppl leave their trash just sitting, can barely get in contact with the office (always short staffed), neighbors are noisy and can hear their convos & steps super loud. I loved my apartment at first but rude staff & dirtiness can ruin anything

Every since my daughter moved in 2 years ago this place seems to have gotten worse! She recently moved out of a bottom floor apartment and the video of the water seeping through her vent was terrifying! Ive seen video of flooding in the hallway. They said she would have an apartment at a sister property but clearly thats not happening so she is in between places to stay until they can get something ready! Ive called and youre not able to speak to someone, always having to leave a message The office is pretty though!! PARENTS, DONT LET YOUR ADULT KIDS MOVE THERE!!

My husband and I toured this complex with Kyra. She was wonderful! We were in town seeing 20 complexes and had mixed up what day we were touring her location. She called to ask if we were on our way and took us immediately when we arrived about half an hour late. She gave us an extremely thorough tour of the complex and even went out of her way to show us extra units that would fit our budget and space needs. She spent extra time with us, explaining the layout of the entire complex, and even followed up in regards to what we discussed about an hour after we left. She did an amazing job and we cant wait to be in touch further in the future!

I went today for a tour and the leasing professionals weren't available but Jason, the maintenance guy was so willing to help us! He showed my friend and I the apartments that he knew were vacant and I was pleasantly surprised. He went above and beyond. The location of the property is great, no loud traffic, huge garage spaces!

I have always had trouble finding a decent apartment in the Charlotte area whether it's been staff, safety or overall convenience and maintenance but finally I feel like I'm home. Carlos and Kyra are amazing and are always there to help when necessary! Maintenance is on point and the grounds are clean, 10/10 would recommend!
