I have lived in Providence Villas (built by Sinacori Builders) for almost three months and I love my townhome. When I signed up for this place, it was move-in ready; however, I wanted additional things done. Connor from Sinacori ensured all of my demands were met. In addition, I wanted to close earlier than the proposed date and they accommodated my request. What I loved about this place was it was spacious, modern and it had storage. I looked at many townhouses and many of them didnt have sufficient storage room. After moving in, there were things that needed addressed. Tom Williams (site supervisor), made sure to address those in a timely manner. I love my new home and I would recommend Sinacori homes.

We had a great experience working with Russ and his team at Sinacori Builders. We were in the market for a new home after selling our previous home. We searched for over a year trying to find the right home to accommodate the needs of our family. Our daughter is in a wheelchair. Therefore, we had specific requirements that we needed in our next home. We went to several new construction developments trying to find the right house plan for us. The cookie-cutter plans did not meet our needs and any little modification to the plan was over-priced. We realized that we would have to build a custom home to meet the needs of our family. Thankfully, we were introduced to Sinacori Builders. Russ worked with us to find the perfect house plan to meet the needs of our family. He was very responsive to our needs and was always willing to make any necessary modifications to ensure our home had the functionality we needed. He was constantly onsite during the build process. We even found him onsite during a rainstorm to ensure that the flow of the water drained as expected away from our home. We appreciated his attention to detail and quality construction.
