CVS

The pharmacy person was extremely rude. She was short, dismissive, unempathetic, and very unhelpful. My wife is going through a hard time, there is no need for any customer to be abused and verbally berated by the simple minded woman that was supposed to be helping her customers. This pharmacy needs a lesson in customer service. Perhaps the clerk has some alterior motive or prejudice.... Where is management in this store, please don't tell me she is it. She was wearing a gray sweatshirt, if she is the manager, She is also unprofessional....

The pharmacy does not seem to have a lot of structure in place. Had to come in multiple times for one prescription which totaled up to about 30 mins of wasted time. This was also the case for about 4 others who were also waiting on prescription pick ups.

Check out with a human being - the self checkout machines mess up my coupons EVERY TIME I even tried to return what I bought on self checkout and ring up all the same items with a person instead, and my total was MORE?? Im not trying to be the Karen that ruins your day as a cashier, I am just in a season of life where I rely on coupons and every dollar counts, you know? I was a cashier myself for 7 years so I know the frustration from the retail/inside perspective. The issue here is with CVS and its coupon system, not the employees. Thank you Jorge for your patience as I tried to figure out what went wrong.
