Melba is there from North Tryon don't check out with her. hopefully they will change their hours till 9pm at least. It use to be my go to location after changing the coupon policy and rewards policy I refuse to step into walgreens. They do have limited stuff

Please add a self checkout if you are going to hire staff that refuse to do any work. Staff never ever go to tills to help with queue. Staff always on their phones watching the chaos unfold.

They always have everything I need and they are in a great location to my house.

In all the years I have worked in Uptown i cant say Ive ever left this store with a single item. The lines are always long and the employees are less than friendly. Today two ladies at the register literally walked away and left a poor guy with a line 7 customers, they just left.

My mom came into this location to make a return now I been in management for super long time 4 shifts lead told my mom the store manager was out town and neither one knew what they was doing told my mom the item was discontinued and she couldnt get her money back so she went to another location out the way and they honored her return with her receipt they need more training and be more professional
