Being a property manager, I’m regularly confronted with a large variety of maintenance needs. These guys have been able to help me with literally everything I’ve needed! I could not be more thrilled to have found a company I can finally rely on! They respond quickly and the pricing is more than fair! Recently, they did a renovation job that turned into a much larger job than anyone could have anticipated. These guys worked extra hard and did what needed to be done. How they managed to finish on schedule is still a mystery to me! I’m so thankful for the excellent service and reliability thats been proven time and time again. They've 100% exceeded my expectations on many occasions. Carolina Extreme Clean is truly a rare find in this industry! I also must mention that these guys are the carpet cleaning gurus! I’ve seen them restore carpet, rugs, and upholstery that I surely thought were goners! This has definitely saved us a lot of money in replacement cost. Steven, the owner, has done a lot of work for me over the years. He is reliable and always does a great job. His pricing is very reasonable!! I am a property manager and use him at all my properties. Highly recommended!!

Before I bought my townhome it had been a rental property. Needless to say between multiple tenants and animals the carpets were shot. Steven was timely, kind and did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. My sectional couch was looking a little rough too from my kids and he got it looking new again. Not only do they do carpet cleaning but we talked about replacing the carpet on my stairs and a couple of other projects around the house. He is also competitive with his pricing and very fair.
