They are truly superior, I wish more businesses were run this well. I've used them for years and have no complaints. They are dependable, prompt, professional and excellent at their work. They are also very flexible and easy to communicate with. Very poor. Hired for a residential cleaning ~2 yrs ago. Made it clear up front that it's post renovation after home purchase. Cost ~$800. Carpets weren't cleaned properly (found pet hair from old owner, popcorn ceiling debris, etc). Windows were supposed to be cleaned inside and out, and were not. Stairs were glossed over and ledges were not cleaned. They were out in three hours, and I couldn't make it back until later to see they did very little. Either didn't understand, and/or doing bare minimum, and not what I expected given the cost... Would avoid this service

After researching cleaning companies, I went with Superior based off the reviews and they did not disappoint! The cleaning crew members arrived 15 minutes early and did an excellent job cleaning my apartment! Very thorough cleaning and very reasonably priced! Will definitely be using them again!
