Absolutely fantastic experience. Our Project Manager, Mike, kept us informed each step of the way through our repairs, and helped us work through the small issues we had. Work was performed timely, by friendly and courteous crews (roof, gutters, siding). Each crew took extra care not to damage any of our flowerbeds and to pick up all debris. The office team also communicated continuously with us, always professional and timely. A+ all the way around.

3 leaks and a broken vent pipe. We have been trying to get this resolved for almost a year. They wont even show up to look at it. They have scheduled several times to come over, then they didnt show up and they never return calls. I am leaving this review in hopes they will see this and finally resolve this. If you still see this reviewthey didnt resolve it yet.

Have had several leaks on a high-end 50-yr shingle roof installed by this company. They have sent a representative out 3 times for repairs and leaks persist or show up in new locations. There is no local contact and calls to the main phone line go unanswered and voicemail is never returned. Very poor service.

Very poor craftsmanship. And equally poor supervision of the job. It took close to six months to finish the job. They make promises that they dont keep. Roof leak over patio for the six months. Minimum compensation was offered but Never delivered. Stay away from this company. Very frustrating!!!!
