Working with Wade Griffin Roofing was a wonderful experience. We recently had hail damage to our roof. Forrest came to our home several times and patiently worked with us and our insurance company. He is a man of his word and understands the value of a good reputation. He explained our options and let us decide. No pressure whatsoever. The employees are NOT sub-contractors. They are dedicated professionals that take pride in their work. During the job, the site was left neatly at the end of each day. They worked normal hours so there were no hammers banging on our roof at 7pm. They are an efficient team of specialists. And every exchange with them is followed by "Sir" or "Ma'am". When the job was done, the only sign they were ever there is an AWESOME new roof! It's been several weeks and it has rained a lot. I can count on one hand the amount of nails I've found on the ground. We will certainly call them for any future roofing needs and highly recommend them to others. We recently noticed a leak in our attic and due to some of the severe weather in this summer in Matthews, NC, there was a significant amount of rain water coming in through the roof. We were referred to them through a neighbor who said they guarantee and stand behind their work. We contacted Forrest at Wade Griffin Roofing and they went out of their way, and came over to stop the leak temporarily while getting us a quote. Not only was the quote lower than 2 other companies, the work had a better warranty. We are very happy they helped us with our roof leak so quickly, and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends, family, & neighbors.

After a recent snow storm in our area, we had to have one of our gutters repaired. We called a couple of local roofers, prior to contacting Wade Griffin Roofing, to come out and take a look at what needed to be done. These companies however, did not even return our phone calls and this was after we spoke to a representative from those companies. Two weeks later we called Wade Griffin Roofing and they gave us an estimated time frame based on their schedule, but as it turned out, they were able to take care of our repairs earlier than expected. There were fast, friendly, professional, honest and affordable. This company exceeded our expectations and we will definitely recommend them. If we ever have other roofing concerns, Wade Griffin Roofing will be the first ones we call. Thank you for your great customer service.

Wade Griffin Roofing did an excellent job repairing and roofing our 50 year old home in Indian Trail. Not only did we need a new roof to replace ours that was 23 years old but we needed the majority of facia and soffit boards replaced as well. In completing this job, the craftsman discovered and repaired the damage to the rafters and stiff knees done by water that seeped in and around the old and insufficient existing roof. It was a relief to have such a knowledgeable and professional contractor who not only repaired our roof but walked us through the process of what needed to be done, why, and in what order. His proposal for our home was priced competitively and listed each aspect of the project and the cost. Of course the amount of damage done to the interior wood could not be completely assessed until the roof was removed but this too was priced well and all related costs were made transparent to us. We were impressed by the craftsmanship and professionalism of Forrest Patterson, the owner of Wade Griffin Roofing, as well as each member of his crew who went out of their way to minimize the disruption to us during the process and ensured that all debris was removed. We recommend Wade Roofing to anyone who is considering building a new home or re-roofing an existing one. It is clear to see how they have remained in the business for 40+ years!
