Logan showed up on time super professional very polite and a/c is working better now than it's ever been so thank you again Logan. Also this is the second time we've used Air command and will definitely use them again.

Kevin and Chase were incredibly professional identified the problem immediately fixed everything up, recommended an additional service that was 100% needed, and my condo was cooling down in no time. My AC stopped providing cold air in August in Phoenix. It was hot. My second unit was starting to have problems because it was now working twice as hard and could hardly keep up cooling the whole house. I filed a claim with my home warranty and was assigned Air Command as the vendor. Home warranty vendors get a bad rep and I've experienced some pretty bad ones. However, by some miracle, I was assigned Air Command. One of the most professional, on-time, diligent companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Their tech came to my house and assessed the situation, contacted the home warranty company, and fought to have my problems covered by home warranty. Once approved and the parts came in, Air Command came back to the rescue. I had the pleasure of meeting Keith and Logan when it came time to repair my unit. They were professional and seemed to love what they do. They gave me tips and tricks on how to keep my unit running for another 10 years. This was very different than other companies who always tried to sell me a new unit. Their office manager, Marti, was fantastic to deal with. Everything was smooth and it was truly one of the best "worst experiences" I've had to deal with. I now have an AC company for life, wethers its for repairs, maintenance, or future replacement. Big thanks to Keith and Logan for getting my AC back up and running! I have a two story house with the AC on the roof, and after 3 other companies came out and were too afraid to go up to do the work, Air Command took on the job and did great work with replacing my compressor! Keith was extremely knowledgeable and let me in on some info other companies had hidden from me from past tune ups as well. He even told me not to bother when I asked about adding another AC vent to my bedroom, rather than just lying to drum up more business for his company, very honest! I highly recommend taking all your AC needs over to these guys, even if you're working through a home warranty like I was! And fyi this is a sincere review; they didn't ask me to write one or give me any sort of discount for it. You will be doing yourself a favor trust me. Services: HVAC repair, HVAC maintenance
