All Out! Cooling and Heating with George Blitch is the best company I've ever dealt with and I'm almost 70 years old. George explained in detail the cost of repairing my old unit versus buying/upgrading to a new unit and what this process would entail, from the removal of the old unit to the installation of the new unit..this really made my decision easy.
George is very knowledgeable, professional and extremely organized...this assessment comes after my first hand experience watching the project unfold. Every aspect happened in a timely fashion from George disconnecting the old unit, delivery of the new unit, the crane arriving/setting up, the craning of the old unit into the back of the recycling/disposal truck, the craning of the new unit into place, the final install including a new thermostat... and testing to ensure all is working correctly.
This entire project was "poetry in motion" .. George is outstanding. I highly recommend All Out! Cooling and Heating.

Excellent experience with this husband and wife HVAC team/company. I spoke to Angela to request an appointment and she immediately answered the phone with positivity and a smile in her voice. I called to set up an appointment for a second opinion on the condition of our ductwork because my mom and I received shocking news a few weeks ago from Semper Fi Heating and Cooling LLC indicating that our ductwork had several breaches in it. The Semper Fi salesperson that gave us this news showed us several pictures of ductwork that had split apart due to the tape being old and popping off. Semper Fi originally gave us a quote around $2500 to use an Aeuro Seal process to seal the breaches in the ductwork in our attic. We negotiated the price down to $1500, but this was still a very steep amount. Angela set up a free second opinion appointment with her husband, George to inspect our ductwork. George arrived on time to the appointment and was very friendly. I gave George my phone and asked him to take pictures of our ductwork. When George finished his inspection of our A/C unit and the ductwork, we were apalled at what we were told and saw in the photos. George stated up front "There is nothing wrong with your ductwork." and "Don't spend any more money on repairs." We reviewed the photos that George took on my phone and they didn't look anything like Semper FI's photos of ductwork. Semper FI sold us a repair that wasnt needed. It's worth getting a second opinion on any high value repairs and to consider the little "guys" that don't have salespeople on commissions. George spent quite a bit of time with us and asked a lot of questions to understand the history of our A/C unit and the repairs that were done in the last several years. George found an exposed wire on the top of the A/C unit that he wrapped with tape to prevent corrosion and tucked inside the unit to prevent sun exposure. This exposed wire should have been caught by Semper FI during their last visit. George did not charge us for anthing he did. Angela and and George-you were great to work with! We will definitely be considering All Out Cooling & Heating for our future air conditioning and heating needs and would recommend your company to others. Have a blessed 2024! Thanks so much! :)

All Out has been our go to heating and cooling for years! They are honest and reliable. Their maintenance program is top notch and has kept our older unit running strong!
