        Terrible. Refused change for our business: the young man helping me was interrupted by not one, but two employees. Refused to give me their names when I asked all to ensure we are customers.we are, well we were. Kudos to losing business over a change policy for only customers, and we are. TERRIBLE!

        I have been a customer for decades. I got a mortgage through them once, have personal savings and checking accounts, business checking and money market accounts, and had an account to settle my dad's estate after he passed away. They are always so helpful. Online access and banking is easy. My husband banks elsewhere, and I can't say the same about that bank. It doesn't even have a drive thru. I can't imagine banking anywhere other than BankChampaign ever.
