      image i have come to this location twice the first time juan helped me with printing and emailing documents and was a wonderful help and so friendly ! so i came back today and richard helped me with emailing finding documents in my phone for me and printed over 50 pages i others r wouldnt of known how to do i am not very good at technology have just moved to arizona 2 months ago, and your staff at this location is by far the most friendly patient and helpful ups emoyees( ever) i really appreciate you guys!!!!!! you deserve a raise and it may not seem like a big deal but i could not of gotten these legal documents completed without their help sincerly a greatful!!! customer

      image I was just at the UPS Store in Cave Creek.
      I just want to express my comment regarding the fine man Richard that helped me out tremendously with an Amazon return.
      He is always very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help.
      I only wish more CSRs were like Richard. We need more people like him in this crazy world.
      I hope he will be recognized by UPS for his expert Customer Service.

      image Sent a cashiers check with them. The check never arrived at its destination. They cant seem to track it so now I have to wait 90 days to get my money back !! What a joke !!
