I called on Christmas and he answered and was able to come out immediately the next day. The technicians were on time and worked quickly to solve my problem. They were professional and clean, I Highly recommend.

I had interesting situation with these people. They came out and made an assessment of the issues with sink leaks, gas leaks and other issues. I bought brand new faucet and have them replace it. Less than a month later, it started leaking. Upon researching I learned there are several reasons why it can be leaking already, and one of them is over tightening. I sent them the video. They refused to come out and see it. Instead, they told me they will charge me another $112.00 for replacing it because by looking at the video it is leaky. The owner was very rude to my wife over the phone, and didn't care. In fact, he was yelling - That is not how you deal with upset customers. He said if we didn't get the faucet from them, then it is not their fault. What I learned in life, if someone tells points out your mistake (the fact that he decided it is faulty faucet by just looking at the video), and you get offended, then YOU HAVE AN EGO PROBLEM. I thought I found a plumber that I can rely for my rental property; however, this is a place I will NEVER, NEVER go again. In fact I will let everyone know my experience so they can save their money and find a more reliable plumber.
