I just had a very good experience with Arrow Plumbing.  I had been very stressed trying to get an estimate to get my toilet flange removed so I could install a new toilet myself . The original was not installed correctly years ago with no concrete below it in subfloor and an unlevel flange to boot. I was getting crazy over the phone estimates without anyone willing to come out in person to look at it.     Finally, I called Arrow Plumbing in Carmichael and spoke to their office person, Stacie. She maintained her pleasant manner throughout even with me getting a bit cranky from previously built up frustrations trying to get other plumbers to come out.    She sent Steve out who was just what I expected or at least hoped for in a plumber. He shared his knowledge and explained in detail which  gave me confidence that I could take care of the issue myself  without replacing the flange.  I live close to their shop and they didn't charge a fee to come out but not sure if that is the case if you live further away.     With my old plumber retiring, I now have Arrow Plumbing in Carmichael to take his place.

Professional, knowledgeable and reliable. My husband tried to replace our toilet that was rocking and was getting worse. All the YouTube videos showed the part that we didnt have. So we called Arrow Plumbing and Doug came to the rescue. He identified the problem and even did an extra job to be able to install the flange. The weird flange we had, wasnt even attached to the floor. We are very happy with the job and reasonable price. Definitely recommend. Service: Toilet installation

I had two projects, replce a water heater and replace the glavanized lines with new pipe to all house. I had an exceptionally good experience with everyone at Arrow. Stacie is a gem, calm, organized and accessible. The pluming staff - Chris, Clark and Steve were polite, quiet, exceptionally respectful about keeping things clean, clever with some challenging work arounds, and not grumpy even after they slithered under the house for a whole day. I got three bids and this was squarely in the middle. They did not make arrangements to reground the house after replacing the piping or put in electric box so be sure to add in separate electric work when you're considering the bid.
