Bilien Woldeyonas was amazing! She was completely professional, even with a grouchy building manager and inflexible potential landlords. She worked extremely hard to quickly find my mother the impossible find: an apartment with a walk-in shower and an elevator that couldnt be closer to Radcliffe Yard, Harvard Square, and the bus route she wanted. Bilien remained cheerful and hard-working under a tight time constraint and knew what we needed her to know about negotiating a lease. If its out there she will find what you want and need.

I am the partner of PM, who wrote a review about Sarah Martin. In contrary to what the reply to his review says, I did contact RE/MAX destiny to complain about Sarah Martin. I am the one that contacted the agency, not him, this is probably why the person responding to the review thought we had not.
They did stop the visits from her after that, but that's the only good thing I have to say. They've obviously had other complaints about this agent in the past, looking at the reviews here and elsewhere, and don't seem to have done much about it. I would avoid them and go for other ones, we had no such issues with any other agent, and we had a few come to visit the apartment.

Terrible experience with agent Sarah Martin, the only realtor to show our apartment that we didn't get along well with. She decided to do an apartment showing with less than 24 hours notice which we agreed to but then she shows up 20 minutes early without warning and does the showing. Meanwhile my partner had left work early and drove home to be there for the showing, of course Sarah was gone by then. She knew we wanted to be there for the showings but still didn't apologize for her behavior or for wasting our time commuting home and back to work. Awful communication and sneakiness without care for what we wanted as apartment tenants. When we contacted Remax we again didn't get an apology for Sarah's behavior and as other reviews here show it wasn't just us who had this unprofessional experience

Robert Scott of remax is one of the most unprofessional and rude agents I have ever worked for. After he gets you to sign hes a while different person!
