Worked with Bobby McShane from the Mike Delrose team recently for the third time. Once as a seller, twice as a buyer. Highly recommend. Super knowledgeable, unflappable with uncertainty, and easy to reach whenever I needed him. Would not hesitate to work with him again.

Working with Peter and the Delrose team was great from first viewings to final closing papers. They made our first home buying experience understandable, and less intimidating than we expected. I cant recommend using this agency enough. Bobby McShane and his team did an amazing job selling my aunts condo. He is a true professional. After seeing the condo, he suggested painting it and have the floors done. He set that all up and over saw the whole process. This was an enormous help since I do not live in the area. With one open house, the condo sold for above asking price. Then, when I had to move up the closing date, Bobby worked his magic again.
