The absolute worst location in Calumet City. My visit there to see a banker ended with a terrible day for me. It started when I was told it would be a few minutes to see a banker. After about 15 minutes the manager mentioned it will take a few more minures due to the banker he wanted me to see is on lunch, however, there were two bankers in the offices sitting without a customer. So I wait. Later a banker came from lunch and he sent me to her. Soon after that, a couple comes in and go directly to the other banker that was sitting ......no waiting! So it is clear they pick and choose who they would like to assist, clearly it wasn't me.
While I was with the banker, her 12:00 appt. comes in and she says will you sit over here please while I take my appt clearly she doesn't want her to wait. After I waited 20 minutes and she was aware that I also needed to I order checks......I was not done at all. So, I was made to get up and wait to see a teller to make my deposits, and keep in mind I also needed to order checks, which I never had a chance to do. So, while being in this bank for 30 - 40 minutes...
I was disrespected, ignored, and treated unfairly for no reason at all. BTW, the manager was not helpful at all he started yelling at me when I was simply asking why should I have to continue to wait.
Oh, BTW other customers came in and were escorted directly to the bankers no waiting. I have heard others talk about this branch but never thought I would experience something like I experienced here. When you enter into this Chase Bank in Calumet City it appears they are kind and helpful but they're actually deciding who's going where to receive service. Most branches simply take you in the order as you come in.
I will never visit this branch again. I have lived in this community 30 years and it has really changed not for the better!! The staff at Chase Bank Calumet City needs customer service training.
I have been to South Holland branch and Hammond never had a problem. They are all respectful, courtesy, and professional.

I have nothing to say about this branch, but good things. Yvonne is someone who makes customers feel welcomed and well taken care of.
She does as much as she can to help you with your banking doubt and gladly guides you into the right direction. Let us have more Yvonnes.

Came in to the branch right before closing. The staff was very accommodating and personable. The banker that assisted me, Kenyatta, not only helped me with my banking issue but also informed me of Chase services that I qualified for but didn't know about. Glad to have this as my branch office.
