Country West Motel

We got to rock Springs for little get way we booked a room us in booking. Com and it said pets welcome . When we got there and checked in evey thing was fine until we saw NO PETS sign on the room door and we had our 2 dogs we went in and said we have 2 dogs it's 10 dollars per dogs nd 50 dollar deposit!!! . This wasn't mentioned on the website the lady at the front desk was very rude about it and wasn't very friendly and there wasn't anywhere to take our dogs out. I do not recommend this hotel if u have pets

I have stayed at a lot of older Budget motels in my. But this is Far and away the nicest one that I have ever. I had called and checked on price about 10:30 and I didn't get to the property until about 11:05 and by then they closed I called and I talked to Ingrid the general manager and she said hold on a minute let me get dressed she put her clothes on came out and helped me was just an absolute joy to work with her boss really owes her a tremendous debt of gratitude she runs that place and it looks beautiful. of all the places I have stayed in that are low cost this is the finest I've ever been! One of the things little things that I really appreciated that you only see a nicer hotels and only some of them is that they have a little power block screwed on to the wall right by the nightstand that has six outlets in it three USB and one USBC so you can plug in and charge all of your electronic gear a lot of hotels I have stayed at have the outlet behind the bed I carry an extension cord just in case because I'm a pretty seasoned traveler. But that is not required here. Again my thanks to Ingrid she's an amazing younger general manager thank you again!

Really nice and friendly staff. Accommodating. Rooms: Nice country and western theme. Nearby activities: Local history Walkability: Close to things you may need or want. Food & drinks: Restaurant and clubs near by. Noteworthy details: Very home like rooms
