        l had a horrible experience at this location because of Ed. People like him should not be managers. I went in there trying to open an account and had an old debt of $200 that l had paid off. Because of that he refused to open my account and was very unhelpful and nasty on the phone later. I asked to speak to his manager and he kept circumventing the conversation like he didn't want me to. He then refused to give me her information and told me to call customer service even though l had already explained to him that l did and they told me to call the branch. Unbelievable how bad the customer service was from him will definitely not be returning.
