Alamo Rent A Car - Closed

Rental had no washer fluid but otherwise clean interior. Person at the counter verbally told me a smaller vehicle would be capable of fitting my passengers and our luggage at no additional cost however I was charged double for my rental reservatio. I called customer service but a week later no one has contacted me regarding this charge. I never rented with Alamo before and never will again. Pay the extra $ for a more reputable car rental company. EDIT 2.25 Representative from this google review allowed me to email someone from corporate but I've still not heard back from the Jackson office as advised by them.

Ive been renting from Alamo for ages and although they are limiting their famous walk in and pick your car option the assistant at this particular location has been very helpful and accommodating. They have good cars and a great service. Advice to management: George deserves a raise/promotion or Ill hire him.

Id never rented from Alamo before, but I definitely will again. Very fast check in/return process and the staff member at Jackson Hope airport was very nice.
