Ashlee Martindale

My fiance and I worked with Ashlee to find our first home in late 2022. We were referred to her by a colleague who has purchased several homes through her and had reported a good experience. I am happy to say that Ashlee's positive reputation is fully justified. She called our attention to many details we would not have considered, and some of her cautionary suggestions ended up saving us a significant amount of money. If that's not enough, we likely would not have found our home, which we love, without her insisting that we check it out because she thought we'd love it. Her communication was, at all times, fast and courteous. We would work with Ashlee again with great confidence.
