Kelsie helped us sell and purchase a home in June of 2023. Not only was she knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and kind she was on top of all the tasks that typically make home buying and selling so stressful. She walked us through every step and made sure we not only understood but were 100% okay with each and every decision. She was patient while we learned and immediate with every deadline. Home buying is supposed to be painful. Ive heard horror stories. Kelsie sent us videos while hobbling on a broken foot. I felt none of her pain nor the pain from tales of others. The entire experience was simple, straight forward, and just excellent. She never held back warning us about things we never expected a real estate agent to be so candid about. Shes a genuine figure in this space and I credit her for helping us find our perfect home. Without her, I think wed be settling for something less.

Five stars, would ABSOLUTELY recommend Kelsie!! As a military family, weve moved, bought and sold homes (6 in total) in many different states and with many different agents and by far Kelsie has been the best!! We have both sold and bought homes with her here in Cheyenne- one transaction was entirely virtual and she has been nothing but extremely knowledgeable, efficient, effective and made the process SO easy and painless!! Kelsie was so amazing to work with! She will go over and beyond to help you find the perfect house! She worked tirelessly to make sure I was able to move into the perfect house I wanted on time! Kelsie was able to explain everything from start to finish easy enough for me to understand and if I didn't, she made sure to help me understand the process so I knew what I was signing! I loved how flexible Kelsie was with my busy work schedules by making time to communicate with me even after hours! Communication was super easy and effortless, Kelsie was always on standby to answer and questions or comments I had 24/7 and will answer my texts and calls within seconds I reach out to her! She was super patient with me and I really appreciated that because it was buying my first house and I was very overwhelmed and had a lot of questions! Kelsie is super personable and made the whole process of buying a house fun and easy! It was like buying a house with a friend who is there for you throughout the whole process to help you succeed. Also, she will make sure to help you out with any other questions after closing on the house so you are not alone even after the whole process of buying your home!
