GuestHouse Inn & Suites Cheyenne

Stopped for the night as we were passing through on I 80. Very good price and it was clean. Rooms were ok, but the pillows were terrible. The hotel is dog friendly which is very important to us. Breakfast had limited protein and mostly carbs. Only cold boiled eggs for protien.

Staff was very polite and friendly. Rooms were clean, smelled good. Bed was very soft. Good water pressure in the shower. Parking was close to door and available. All amenities were functional. Only problem was the proximity to the train tracks, but that's not something they can control!

Safety: Safe establishment. We met the owner. The desk guys were helpful. I will stay there again.

horrible service, she thought i was a local because i came in town with my local friends car with a arizona id, and car cause i go to school in arizona and live there. proceeded to let me stay while meanwhile thinking im okay i asked to buy 3 more rooms and the guy told me order it on booking so i did on the last night there, and the asian manager told me she switched my room to a 1 king bed when i clearly stated i had 2 people here and i paid and ordered 2 king beds, so i went down she said that and then proceeded to say no you have to go and would not pay me back my money !! the walls were dirty the workers were rude, safe yourself the trouble go to super 8 for cheaper !

Every thing on line said pool and hot tub, we get here and so much is wrong... 1) no pool, but i wasn't told until i got here and it was too late to cancel without charges. 2) no elevator, very difficult on an old lady and a mom with a baby. 3) broken tv in room. 4) no telephone in room. 5) "suite" is just a larger room with a sleeper sofa (uncomfortable), My stay is for 3 days and im not happy AT ALL. The pros? 1) desk clerk is very nice and is trying hard. 2) bed is comfortable 3) fridge and microwave in room. 4) seems clean enough For what i paid per night, im SORELY DISAPPOINTED. I feel like i was catfished, they had even sent me an email with NO MENTION that they no longer had a pool or hottub, when it is advertised in everything on line. This should be illegal and I'm going to report it to someone that can do something about it. For what you get, it should be at least $40-50 less per night.
