      image Their hot tub turned my hair green, tarnished my jewelry and the pool burned my whole family's eyes, staff was completely rude and didn't care, the alarm clock goes off at 4am and every 30 minutes after even unplugged, should have just slept in my car, worst hotel experience of my life!

      Thank you for taking the time to review us. On behalf of senior management, we sincerely apologize for your less than perfect stay. After inspection of the pool chemical levels last night as well as this morning by our pool maintenance staff, all levels were in line with our inspection guidelines. Alarm clock works correctly as well. The snooze and off button are next to each other and the snooze was set to 30 minutes. The clocks have batteries in them as backup power just in case there is ever a power outage so even when unplugged, they will function. We can assure that the staff concerns will be addressed as this is unacceptable under any circumstance. If you would like to further discuss this matter, please feel free to contact the manager during regular buisness hours directly at the hotel.

      image While attempting to communicate a concern I was hung up on when calling and when attempting to reach the manager all I received was the send to voicemail game. Customer service, even with difficult customers is still needed. At this facility it very much seems to be about cash flow and not service. Money talks and customers are not heard.

      image It was definitely outdated, but the 3rd floor was under renovation, and I'm sure the others are close behind, so hopefully, it will be even better soon, but we had no problems, and the bed was comfy. Staff was polite, and breakfast was ok for that kind of breakfast

      image Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Great price. Breakfast was ok. Not good but its works in a pinch! The staff is great! Multi day stay they actually come and make your room up. I thought that service was dead! We stay here every time we pass through. Great location and value.
