My daughter and I got stuck in Cheyenne Saturday night April 6, 2024. When we got to the hotel the lobby looked nice enough and the gentleman checking us in was pleasant and nice.
After we got checked in the they told us the way to the elevator.
The hall way to the elevator was super creepy. Down the hall on the way to the elevator there were two doors that were open and anyone could walk right in day or night. We got in the elevator and went up to our room on the 2nd floor (236). The room was totally dusty and had a weird smell to it.
I did called my family because I didnt feel like this was a safe place for me and my daughter to be alone. We had my daughters service dog with us and he was very uneasy and acting nervous as well.
Needless to say, we ended up leaving and having to pay for another hotel.
This place is more like a motel where people would live intstead of a Hotel!
I made the reservation before I knew what this place was like and it was non refundable.
All I expect is a hotel were I can close my eyes at night and feel safe. This place to many door they are not secure and anyone can walk in and out at anytime.

The rooms for cozy. There was a smell because the buildings old they are in the process of remodeling, so Im gonna give them slack on that business. The service was good your your desperate desk person hes gay and funniest can be but hes a jab he likes to talk its really big has a lot of spacious for activities. Theres pool tables theres a dining room and in the front parking is terrible but if you go around to the back its not so bad and its not far from Walmart not far from the highway across the street from the comfort Inn so I think locations OK we were able to get pizza delivered after 10 oclock. I think it was from Dominos so that was great. I think its just its really old and they are in the process of remodeling. They got a lot of floor shut off and run shut off.

Make routine trips to Cheyenne and usually stay here at Red Lion Hotel. Currently undergoing a remodel, but a good, clean place to stay just the same. Front desk staff is always friendly and no issues during my stays.

It was OK. The customer service man was hilarious when I got there, the location was great. Lots of parking space. I just think that the place will be good with renovation.
