        The owner was a very nice lady. Nothing bad towards her. If your in your late 70s to early 90s and you want to reminisce about staying in your grandmothers pre 1930s dingy basement this is the place for you. Bathroom is terrible. Id say the bathrooms are 2 feet by maybe four feet wide. Just enough to fit a toilet and a weird shower thats SHEET.ROCKED on the inside. So picture that. And dont plan on taking a warm shower in that tiny unpleasant shower. 7 nights of this place and not once did the hot water last beyond a minute. Owner needs to replace hot water heater. Its awful . Or its deliberately controlled for her to save money on water. This hotel is one for the books. The good ol big horn .: thank you for 7 nights of uncomfortable sleep and some of the worst showers Ive ever experienced

        Super friendly and helpful host. Always stay here when I am in buffalo because it is a very homely place to stay. Comfortable rooms and convenient access and location.

        Stayed at the Bighorn a couple nights this week. The owner was wonderful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The price was right. Great location, walking distance to downtown. Buffalo itself is located within reach of numerous sightseeing destinations. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm up this way. Rooms: Very clean, comfortable bed, plenty of pillows. Easy access to room. Safe area

      oh my. I don't have sheetrock in my showers so I am wondering if you thought the Formica of old is what you were talking about. I believe you were in room 3, and it is the oldest room in the place. I sincerely apologize for the lack of comfort. I wish you would have alerted me your first night so we could have moved you. PS I'm not water stingy. I will definitely look in on the water issue.
