Mansion House Motel

We stayed at Mansion House in 1994 on our way to Yellowstone. We stayed in the main house upstairs in a very small room with its own bath. At the time, the owners were great, and they let us park our new car under the awning because of a hail storm. It was truly an experience, a memory we will never forget, so glad the Chain Hotels along the hwy was full and a receptionist told us about this place. We hope to stay there again when we return to Wyoming.

Location was great, but there was some road noise being in the front, street facing unit. Nothing a little white noise couldn't take care of! We also had a slight mix-up with check in, but Tabatha was AMAZING! She hustled over to get us into our room within minutes, then got everything else squared away before we even finished unpacking our car!

Absolutely loved this hidden gem. People were friendly , rooms clean, private and neatly decorated. Not a 5 star but totally worth the money.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mansion House Motel! As mentioned in many other reviews, the rooms are very clean and well set up for a comfortable stay. The proximity to downtown Buffalo, The Jim Gatchell Museum and other attractions of Buffalo is just a short 3min walk. Super easy process to reserve a room and check out. Do yourself a favor and check out a local motel run by friendly locals!

Clean, comfortable rooms. Ask for room 7 if you like trains, planes and automobiles. Tabatha was great help. Easy check in. Will plan on staying here next time we travel through Buffalo
