Many delays and given wrong info until I walked into the store only to find out my fridge was not even made yet ! Delivery men were great !!

Bought a speed queen washer. Salesman said this model did not limit amount of water that could be added, but in fact you are not able to control that.
No one mention top loading washer does not spin dry as fast as front loading.
Delivery personal were good and remove old washer even though they were not taking.

Sorry you are having an issue Claudia, if you push the deep fill option the washer will give you a full tub of water. This machine does spin at 700 rpm which is slower than a front load, but is typically adequate to get your clothes fairly dry. I you prefer a front load machine, we can take this machine back on trade if you would like.
