This has always been our go-to for pizza when we are up there but after Saturday's experience, we won't be back. We brought a group of 15 people in hungry and thirsty. The music was SO LOUD we had to lip read each other. We very politely asked if they could turn it down a little (not off) and the gal "not on duty" was very much accommodating and gladly turned it down to a normal level. The extremely rude bartender then said "I don't deal with complaints" and proceed to crank the music even louder. When we explained we weren't being complainers, it was just extremely hard to hear the people at our own table, she said "Again, I don't deal with complaints!" and found it extremely entertaining the way she was handling the situation while trying to impress the men at the bar. For restaurants that are so called hurting for business this year, you'd think you would welcome a large group in. Such a shame since we loved coming here and wanted to share with out of town friends. Won't be back after that. Really was unbelievable.

We have always come to support this place. We have gone for years. We are locals . But lately, I'm completely disappointed. My fish fry and fires was cold, it seemed it was a burden to ask the waitress any sides that where missed and asked if they had a type of beer and she was like we are out I" guess "I can ask the bartender .. but she's busy mind you the place wasn't busy. She didn't even ask if the food was okay and handed us the check, Very rude unprofessional food disappointed I just wanted a good hot fish fry with and ice cold beer and I'm not impressed anymore I don't know what changed but we will not be back .
