I've never encountered a bank that has 2 available atm's, yet somehow more than 50% of the time I go there BOTH atm's are not working. I swear this has happened to me more than 60 times and I'm not being hyperbolic with that number. Then, because of this, I'm forced to go use a non pnc atm which of course charges me a fee, because it's clearly my fault they can't afford to keep 2 atm's functioning. I guess that's understandable, banks are really struggling since they are no longer able to organize overdrafts in the order that charges you the most possible overdraft fees. That was a real thing. Go Google it to strengthen your hate for all banks, it's truly unreal the disgusting things they do while they gamble with our money. Pnc your terrible, this one in particular.

I had called for the manager Jill to call me for a Medallion Stamp on January 8th She was in a meeting, and will call back. As of today, the 17th I still have not received a call back! I had called and left 3 other messages. Not good customer service

I never met the teller. However, I wish I caught his name. He works in the west bend area in WI, I just came for a cash deposit.
Before I came though, everyone was always kind to me.
I just wanted to say thank u to the unsuspected teller. U are so polite. And u made things very easy not even knowing I was in a rush. U are appreciated my guy!
