Amy Schmoldt was amazing and so helpful throughout the entire process! We were first time home buyers and didn't have a lot of previous knowledge about what documents we needed to have ready in order to apply for the mortgage, along with appointments and or steps we would need to take throughout the process of getting a loan/ mortgage put together for us. Amy is so kind and was very responsive to any questions we had and always ensured we knew what her and Bell Bank were working on for each step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend Amy and Bell Bank for anything you may need regarding a loan or purchasing a home!

Amy helped my husband & I finance our second home with so much flexibility! We had two different financing options and she helped us every step of the way.
Could not recommend working with Amy enough! We were able to move into our new home despite complications with selling our home in a different state. She was prompt, explained everything, and patient with all of our questions.
