I feel I need to write this review because I cant stop thinking about the situation I had with this company. The man who was sent out to the property we purchased, to retrieve Emmers yard sign, was so out of line. I was standing on the property that day doing some gardening by myself and a man pulled up in an unmarked truck and got out of the vehicle and came walking toward me, I asked if I could help him with anything as I did not know he was there for the sign. He came charging at me as if he was going to attack me and said "yeah you can help me" and then stopped short right in front of my face. He stared at me and I said "Oh my gosh what do you want?" I was terrified! He then turned and grabbed the Emmer sign with a smirk and walked away without a word. Honestly I have never been more terrified in my life, the way he charged at me and the look in his eyes I thought he was going to harm me and my heart just about fell through my stomach. He turned and got in his truck and drove away as I stood there shocked to my core and shaking. I called the company directly to report him and the woman just said "Oh he is a great guy, I am sure he did not mean anything by it" to this day it still sinks terror in my heart. It was something you had to witness to believe. He terrified me intentionally because no one was there to see it and he thought it was funny. I did not and it bothers me to this day.

Bitter, but oh so sweet feeling signing for the sale of our condo! I was blessed to be able to buy the condo by myself just over 5 years ago, using Emmer Real Estate. In that time I've gone from single, to married. We went from a family of 2, to a family of 3. From getting engaged in front of our first Christmas tree, to finding out we were pregnant. From bringing home our daughter, to her first steps. We made so many wonderful memories! Thank you Julie Semrau and Emmer Real Estate Group Inc. for helping with the sale our first home and the purchase of new house! We can't wait to fill this new house with many more fantastic memories! Julie was amazing to work with. Fast and easy communication with both buying and selling!

My experience with Emmer Real Estate started with Barbara. When I was debating on whether or not to move back to Southeast WI, Barbara helped set up a profile so I could see current listings. When we made the decision to move, she made sure we got set up with a great real estate agent, Scott. He took us around to several homes all over the area until we got it narrowed down to what we wanted. He also gave great advice when it came to negotiating over the price of the home. Thanks to both Barbara and Scott.

My husband and I recently bought a house with Emmer Real Estate. We were pleased with the service provided by our realtor Scott and inside sales agent Madelyn, even through this crazy time of buying. I highly recommend Emmer Real Estate to all of my friends and family!
