Best Mexican restaurant in west bend excellent service by the bar stuff plus servers they are always ready to service you with such great attitude and the smile they bring feels just like home wont go any where else but there 20/10 service

Insanity: doing the same thing and expecting a different result. My Insanity? Ordering food from this place again. Ordered take out. Got there 2 minutes before food was to be ready. Nobody in the place. Bartender looked at me as if I was crazy when I said I was there to pick up 2 meals, like he didn't believe me. Took 5 minutes to get the food, so you'd think it would be hot. It was room temperature. I had to reheat EVERYTHING when I got home, which is a 3 minute drive. Do I have to stand in the kitchen and eat the food the minute it's cooked in order to get a hot meal?? I ordered a full order of guacamole. Didn't know they don't serve chips with it. Who serves guacamole without chips? I guess I'm supposed to eat it with a spoon. Aside from that, the guacamole had a sour taste to it, but no actual flavor. I think this is my very last time. If I want good Mexican, served hot, I'll go to Milwaukee. I can only think the rave reviews are after a few margaritas. Anyone sober who knows good Mexican food wouldn't give this place a 5 star rating. I got a response from management. Why didn't I call? Because the last time I called about missing items from my fish fry, management said they would talk to the kitchen, but never offered to give me my missing items or refund my money. That's why.
