The State of WI should get on the consumer's side and legalize buying direct from auto manufacturers. WI law mandates consumers MUST buy from dealerships only. Buying vehicles should be like buying a phone here's the price, the end. No more "Let's sit at my desk for an hour and delve into your financial history while I decide if you're worthy of buying a car from us. You're a cash buyer? Not interested because we don't make enough profit off you." What a joke. KIA has decent designs but their dealerships warrant avoiding the brand altogether.
Also recently stopped in for an emission test as they were on the DMV list and nearby, 2PM on a FRI (svc. open until 6pm), they refused, said they didn't have anyone who could do that. Another example of the poor experience found at Darrow Kia in Wauwatosa.
