I was very disappointed with my service in trying to purchase a vehicle. They were very short with me when it came to negotiating. They absolutely refused to budge on the sticker price even though I mentioned all the imperfections and even the beginning of rust by the drivers side door. They also wanted to charge me $500 for a Security Etch that wasn't listed in the vehicle description. They also have a $500 service fee which is high for the area. If they could have tried to negotiate even a little bit on the sticker price they would have sold a vehicle in 1 day. If you want to feel taken advantage of, this place will be perfect for you

I have to say that dealing with Dennis Cardinal was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever gone thru. The follow up and follow thru is impeccable. Everything he said he was going to do, he did and communicated it perfectly. The KIA Soul is the perfect fit for our business and plan on purchasing a few more from him based on our overall experience. Couldn't have asked for a more seamless process. He definitely deserves 10 Stars !!

Get financing elsewhere. Worked with Gregg Kasper to look at a car that we saw online, they still had the car and it was exactly what we were looking for. He was nice to work with and took his time to understand what we were looking for. His manager was also fun when we meet him for a moment. Gregg mentioned they had many financing options and they would make sure we had a good rate and options. Started paperwork with Shannon who was also fantastic and made the process enjoyable, hope she had a great Easter. The only person that did not make the process enjoyable was Gil Esquivel; it was the end of the month and he forced us to go with Capital One for financing and tried to make us take a higher rate. Gil kept talking about the great deal he was giving us even though the selling price was literally only $300 lower than the list price. Since I did my due diligence I new what rates were possible, even when we said we would pay list price to go with UWCU, he still said he could not. Would highly recommended everyone comes with their own financing lined up rather than trusting Gil to give you the best rate. Gil clearly did not care about the rate he could get for the customer and literally stated that he had a quota he had to make so "it was was it was". Hind sight we should have just bought it outright.
