        Beautiful hotel but the customer service was unprofessional. As I walked into an empty hotel the representative at the front desk first words to me "WAIT" which created an unpleasant and awkward situation from the first impression. After ten minutes the only words he said to me were what's my room number. I was in disbelief at the lack of professionalism. The agent never gave me any information about parking. I thought it was free parking since they have an acreage of open parking spots. Wasn't till that evening someone at the restaurant told us they better pay for the parking or they would get towed. I thought that parking was included since the hotel was on the premium side in that area. I can go on and on to give the hotel a list of where they need to improve but it's their job to figure that out specifically when we pay a premium.
