        My fianc has a bad experience with their third party vendor giving him the worng shipping label. FedEx not USPS. His phone was then damaged in shipping and he's out $700. He reached out directly at the store and received no actual help. Then he reaches out here in the reviews only to get an answer to make it seem like something is happening. No actual help. Because of this and nuances you don't even care to hear, I'm calling you out on your cute little inclusive symbol. No, you are not accessible to all under the ADA. Be a shame if some organization was alerted to this.

        They took advantage of my father-in-law on a fixed incomekept raising the bill and then when we cancelled the service, they claimed he had extra equipment that he hadnt returnedbut the techs set everything upand couldnt find the equipment. such a headache working with these guys.
