We had problems receiving our satellite signal with the image freezing and with distortion. One call and the defective part on the satellite dish was replace. We bought the extended service plan so there was no charge. Everything was included. Thanks Electronic Innovations!

I met with Jason to discuss options for Dish Network equipment. He is very knowledgeable and was more than willing to take the time to explain everything. He worked toward what I wanted, not what he thought I should have installed. There was zero attempt at upselling... extremely refreshing! Chris arrived a week later for the install. He is very experienced and took no shortcuts. The install is just how I wanted it. Explanation is critical and Chris followed through. If you want it done right, these are the guys to see. I recently moved to the Kronenwetter area and internet was not available to me. Jason stopped by and told me about the internet he had to offer. Very knowledgeable and accommodating during the install. I would recommend to anyone!

Recently we had Electronic Innovations come over to the house. This company made it possible for us to get high speed internet when no other company could. The installer Chris was friendly and very knowledgeable. The guys at the office are great with keeping up . Excellent customer service. I will be telling all my neighbors to get this service .
