        I have worked with the Samuels Group for more than a decade as a structural engineer. Their team of designers and construction managers do a great job. They are conscientious and diligent. They follow the plans and specifications and communicate well where there are any concerns during construction.

        Make sure you know who youre getting into business with before doing so. My spouse worked there for almost 7 years and founded the design department. He was promised bonuses from the beginning and never saw a cent.

        If your going to hire a sub contractor please pay them when billed or set clear expectations up front. Subs beware! Hopefully we will be paid for the work completed almost 3 weeks ago!
