Cleary Building Corp.

From the planning phase through completion of our building, we experienced a stress free process. Michael was great to work with. "Q" and his crew were incredible. Their was no sitting, standing around. Hard working bunch of guys! They completed our 36x48 in 3 days! Quality of workmanship is great. I would not hesitate to use Cleary again!

We have a Cleary Building that was put up many years ago. Our lawn service company backed into it in June. I called the Wausau office to get an estimate for repair of this panel. I also asked for a price on repairing some roof trim from a previous storm. Took weeks before he came out. Called several times to check where the estimate is, every time I call, it's like starting over with the conversation. The estimate guy finally calls back several days later. Always the same excuse, corporate is just to busy. Holy man, it's not a whole building, just a panel. We're going to use Wick on our next one.

I had a tree fall on my garage and am in need of roofing sheet replacements. Previous owner built the garage which has the Cleary logo on it. Decided to call the local wausau office and as a previous reviewer stated, receptionist wasnt helpful at all and I was more of a nuisance. Gave her my info and she never called back. A week later I call and she asked for previous owners name. I gave that to her and she said shed call back. Another week goes by so I call again and she said theres no records found even at their home office. Im like fine, I just need material replacement parts (sheesh!). She then says youll have to call the retail department in Verona to order. Im just thinking wow, could have told me that from the start. My goodness. Hopefully Menards will carry similar roofing sheets.

Called them asked for information about buildings still awaiting for the email. Lady who answered my call acted like I was more of a intrusion on her day then helpful. Wonder if I will get any information?

Sales person acts like you are wasting his time I have a Cleary Building currently and it s a good building but my next one will not be because of the sales man
